HOW IT WORKS

A simple training system built around your race

You do not need a complicated plan or hours in the gym every day. Start with the event, build a consistent weekly rhythm, and let our coaches help you combine treadmill intervals, total-body strength and race-specific conditioning.

01

Choose your race

Tell a coach what you are training for and when race day is. That gives your weekly training a clear target.

02

Build your weekly base

Start with two COMBO classes and one TREAD class each week, then layer in outdoor mileage that fits your event.

03

Train with your community

Work alongside members preparing for the same races, with coaches helping you stay consistent and adjust when needed.

03

Stay consistent

Look for TRAINING DAY in the app and studio calendar, pre-book your classes, and keep stacking strong weeks before race day.

The studio

Race stronger with a team behind you

Momentum OP is an Oak Park fitness studio built around coach-led treadmill, HIIT and strength training. Every 55-minute class can be scaled to your pace and experience, so you can train for your first 5K, your next marathon, HYROX or simply become a stronger, more conditioned version of yourself.

Located at 1004 Lake Street, Momentum OP brings race-focused training into the heart of Oak Park. Woodway treadmills, total-body strength work, heart-rate training and coaches who know your goals help you prepare with purpose while training alongside a community that keeps showing up.
